Disney Dress Code

Often the first months of the school year have some great summer weather. Disney is an air conditioned building, so students will only be out in the weather for 30-40 minutes for recess during the school day. The general "rule of thumb" for for summer clothing is loose fitting clothing that is at an appropriate length for an educational school setting.

DISNEY DRESS CODE POLICY

The following guidelines have been established in order to maintain a positive learning environment.

The following types of clothing are inappropriate for school, families will be contacted to replace the following dress:

  • Any clothing that is disruptive to learning, inappropriate for a school setting, or unsafe.

  • Tops that are too revealing i.e. bare midriff or low cut shirts.

  • Shorts, skirts and dresses shorter than mid-thigh.

  • Clothes or accessories displaying offensive words and symbols, disruptive for K-6 students.

  • Undergarments should not be visible.

Please avoid flip flops and open toed shoes without socks. We have wood on playground that will cut bare feet.
