Open House will take place in half hour increments by Student's last names:
A - E ~ 4:00 to 4:30 p.m.
F - K ~ 4:30 to 5:00 p.m.
L - R ~ 5:00 to 5:30 p.m.
S - Z ~ 5:30 to 6:00 p.m.
**Please note, if your scheduled time does not work, please attend one of the other sessions.
If you have family members or neighbors that have Kindergarten age children, please share this information with them and have them call the school so we can start the registration process for them.
Here is a helpful list of steps you should take to enroll your Kindergarten student:
- Call the school office at 371-4111 so we can add your child's name to the 2021-22 Kindergarten List.
- If you have a friend or neighbor who will be entering their first child in school, please ask them to call the school and register their child as well
- Complete the Online Registration.
- The following documents will need to be copied, scanned, emailed, mailed or brought to the In-Person Kindergarten event:
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Copy of student immunization record
- Address Verification. We will need one document in the name of the parent/guardian clearly indicating the address linked to the student’s registration. Accepted documents include a copy of your lease agreement, utility bill tied to the address, mortgage statement, State/Government agency mail or homeowner's insurance policy. Paperwork can be scanned and emailed to Deb Herold or Toni Oberg. If you do not have scanning capabilities, you can use the CamScanner app to send your documents to the Toni or Deb. You can use this app on either Android or iPhone without creating a Login.
Student Placement Input Form
We will soon begin making class lists for the 2021 – 2022 school year. In developing a class list, it is important to balance the classroom in areas such as gender, academic levels, student services provided, etc. I will ask for input from your child’s present teacher. I also believe that parents know their children’s learning styles and needs. If you feel there is information you want to share to help me make a better placement for your child, you may send an email request to Deb Herold or Toni Oberg. The link to a Google Form will be emailed to you. This replaces the paper form. This information is confidential. This is not a teacher request form. It is my job to know my staff and to match your child’s needs with the best teacher while creating balanced classes.
Forms will be accepted until May 1, 2021.
Thank you,
Mrs. Kersten Dobberpuhl, Principal
