On-the-go snacks

Getting Healthy snacks on-the-go can be hard to find! It's either waking up early to get a good and healthy breakfast or getting up later and getting a fast food snack or something not as healthy.


A suggestion for this would be making the snack the night before, this means you can get more of your sleep and have a nice, healthy, filling breakfast the next morning.


Home made muesli bars are a good choice, or even a big fruit salad with Kiwi fruit that doesn't get soggy in the fridge.
