Helen Keller through most of her life kept a positive attitude with whatever she did or with any outcome even if it wasn't the desired outcome. If she hadn't stayed positive during her difficult times she may not have been able to learn to speak or write.

Even though he struggled he worked hard and persevered through his challenges and became an influential role in the field of science.
