Hybrid Phase Begins March 29!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION -- MUST READ!
Dear Concord Families,
We are excited to begin our Hybrid Learning Phase on March 29th! To ensure a safe return to campus, we would like to share the following information.
Student Daily Schedule:
Please remember that the schedule will be changing for ALL students, regardless of their choice to return to in person support or stay in full time distance learning.
Students will continue to report to their virtual class zoom/Google sessions in the morning with the teachers they have had all year. Grades will continue to be assigned for work completed in those classes. There are no grades attached to the afternoon support sessions. This time is for students to get extra help from teachers, to connect with teachers and other students, to work on homework and assignments, etc.
If your student is attending our in person support, they have been assigned to a 7th or 8th period class.
7th Period students will attend on Monday and Tuesday from 1:05 - 3:10
8th Period students will attend on Thursday and Friday from 1:05 - 3:10
If your student is a full time distance learning student, they have been assigned a 9th period Strategic Support class on their schedule. Students will have two 9th period classes, one for our regular Wednesday Advisory and one for the afternoon virtual support sessions. The teachers who will be providing virtual learning support to students will be communicating their schedule for afternoon virtual support. Students will need to check Homelink for this information and to see what teacher they have been assigned to.
Thank you again for your time and we look forward to seeing our students as we begin our Hybrid phase. Feel free to call your building office if you have any questions.

Important things to remember:
- Students are expected to wear a mask and honor social distancing of 6 feet at all times.
- Students will be allowed to enter campus at 12:50 and must leave campus promptly after learning support is over. Students may only enter campus outside of these hours for scheduled school business.
- In order to adhere to masking protocols, students will not be allowed to eat in classrooms. Please make sure you eat before coming to campus!
- Students should bring their chromebook or device to use in the learning support session. If a student is not able to bring their device, we will be working to provide classrooms with extra devices.
- If a student arrives late to campus, they are to report directly to their classroom.
- If a student comes to campus on their non-designated In person instruction day, they will be sent to the office and parents will be contacted for immediate pickup.
- Athletes will need to exit campus at the end of their school day and return at their designated practice time, unless their practice or game is immediately following the end of the day. Students should report to their designated sport practice/game facility.
- All visitors must check in at the main office and follow proper protocols, including mask wearing and physical distancing.
Safety Measures:
In our classrooms, we have done the following:
- Student desks are spaced 6 feet apart.
- Classrooms have hand sanitizer & disinfectant spray for staff and student use.
- Classrooms with sinks have soap and paper towels.
- Teacher desks have a plexi-glass barrier for safe interaction with students.
- Ventilation has been evaluated and air filters changed to MERV-13 standard
Outside of our classrooms, we have done the following:
- Painted directional markers to identify where students should walk.
- Signs to remind students to stay physically distanced, wear masks, and wash hands.
- Water fountains have been sealed off. Students will need to bring their own water.
- Students will be required to enter and exit campus at the main gate entrance.
- Bathrooms have been set up for safe physical distancing.
