Brighton Bicentennial: What will Brighton look like in the future?
Brighton is celebrating its bicentenntial with activities throughout the year. Brighton Memorial Library is creating Time Capsule Cards to celebrate!
Ask students to draw or write their prediction on a 5x7 card. Return the card to TCMS Library (we'll get it to BML) to be displayed in the library and then later included in a time capsule. Cards will be collected from March 14 to April 15.

Teen Book Festival - May 17 at Nazareth College - 9 am-5 pm
The 9th Annual TBF is 61 days away! This awesome event fosters a community effort to celebrate and promote reading by connecting teens and authors. Over 30 authors for tweens and teens will be presenting and meeting with fans.
The list of authors includes a few headliners you might be familiar with, such as Laurie Halse Anderson, Neal Shusterman, and Jay Asher. Look at the 27 other authors attending at the TBF site.
Note: Unfortunately, two of the foreign language trips take place during this weekend. But many other students may be interested in this event, so please share.
