9th GRADE - FRESHMAN DAY
Freshman Day will be split in two parts: On Friday, May 31st the 9th grade class will start the day with breakfast in the cafeteria and then off to Camp America for a day of swim, games, and lunch. The students will return to Lenape by 2:15 PM.
The second part will be the Freshman Dance on Friday, June 7th at Lenape from 7:30PM - 10:00 PM. Only Lenape students may attend the dance. Also, if your student plans to leave the dance prior to it's end time, they must be picked up by a parent or have a written note signed by a parent in order to walk home. Please pick up the students promptly at 10:00 PM.
The total cost of Freshman Day is $30.00 and MyPaymentsPlus is now open to make a payment.

8th gr Trip to Hershey Park
The entire 8th grade will be going on a Physics field trip to Hershey Park on Thursday, May 30th, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please have your student bring a bag lunch or money to buy lunch. The students should also pack snacks and a drink for the bus ride. Also, if your student receives free or reduced lunch at school, please contact Zach Marttila or Gina Caravella to have a brown bag lunch provided if you choose.
Please be prompt at picking up your student/s. If you need to make other arrangements for your student/s to get picked up, let them be aware of the plans.
Please note, any discipline infractions between now and May 30th may result in removal from trip.
9th GRADE PROMOTION NIGHT - JUNE 13, 2019
The purpose of Ninth Grade Promotion Night is to recognize the class and to award promotion certificates and awards. It is also a time for the teachers to congratulate your student/s for their work here at Lenape and to wish them well as they proceed to high school.
The students will also hear messages to the class from two of their classmates. Selected awards are also presented at this program.
On Promotion Night, Thursday, June 13th, students need to be in CB West small gyms by 6:30 PM. The dress attire should be no jeans or t-shirts, preferred dress for students is pants, collared shirt and or skirt/slacks/blouse. This celebration will be over by 8:30PM. Seats will be limited to immediate family members.
Students will have Move Up Day at CB West on Tuesday, June 4th at 8:30 AM where they will get to practice for Promotion Night and the high school counselors will be talking to them about high school. When they return to Lenape all of the 9th grade class with have a pizza lunch.

6th GRADE ORIENTATION
Current 6th graders from Doyle, Kutz, part of Linden and BridgeValley will be visiting Lenape on Thursday, May 24 and Friday, May 25 @ 9:30 AM. They will get a tour of Lenape and will hear a message from our Principal about Lenape.
APRIL - (#40) Positive View of Personal Future. - Young person is optimistic about his or her future. All May nominations must be submitted via Quia by Friday, May 24, 2019.
