Choctaw Nation Policies - This course will cover 21 workplace policies that ALL associates should be aware of. Any CNO associate will benefit from this training.


Harrassment & Discrimination in the Workplace TRAINING- Updated January 2015.

This is more than a policy review. You will receive a two hour training covering types of harassment and discrimination we need to be aware of.


Ethics & Confidentiality TRAINING - An interesting two hour training provides examples of ethical behaviors in the workplace. What is considered confidential? Can you get terminated for talking about someone? Learn what is considered proper in the workplace.


Serve Safe Food Handlers - Industry Recognized Food Handlers Course. Required two hour course followed by the ServSafe certification test for associates handling food. Once you pass the test, you will receive your nationally recognized certification.


What Customers REALLY Want! - All departments have customers (internal & external). Learn what they REALLY Want.

Conflict Resolution - Understand what conflict is and how it can escalate.
