Complex carbs are made up of sugars in large chains. They provide energy as well as helping with digestion and metabolism.

Why happens whe we dont eat Them

Your body will start to break down body fat and uses it as energy instead. When this happens, ketones build up in the body, which causes headaches, nausea, difficulty on focusing, and bad breath. Eating too few carbs can also cause fatigue, because lack of energy.
