Growing Population, Growing Problems
While the population growth of Peru and the rest of the country is generally seen as a positive thing, it can also have devastating affects on the environment. While we should become more aware of how to grow with the environment, the human race has a tendency to look at our lives with tunnel vision. More people means more goods needed, more food needed, and more land needed and all of these are directly affecting the Amazon Rainforest.
