Thursdays, 9:30-10:30am (No class on May 26)
For your safety and the safety of others, please arrive to class a few minutes early. Participating in the warm-up segment of class is very important to prevent injuries. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes after the start of the class.
Please wear supportive shoes.
Bring a mat for the end of class.
Remember to bring your hand weights to every class!
Exercising enhances mobility, flexibility, and balance!
Exercise at your own pace and listen to your body. If you need to modify an exercise or perform fewer repetitions, that is fine.
I am available before or after class to answer any questions. If you have a medical condition that I should know about, please visit with me after class. ~Teresa
