in the picture below is a picture of a woman stretching her leg. This helps loosen the muscles and also by doing this a lot helps get the muscles ready for doing an athletic activity. Also doing this will allow the body's muscles to move in ways the average person can not do.

Muscular Strength

in the picture below shows a man lifting weights, and this is an example of muscular strength because muscular strength is to see how much someone can lift. The man below is lifting weights showing his strength and also building his strength.

In the picture below is people doing push ups. This is a great example of muscular endurance because Muscular endurance is when you use your muscles for long periods of time. Push ups is a great example because your not really lifting your just pushing your muscles to long limit.

The picture below is a picture of a football player (Marshawn Lynch) he is playing football and he is running the ball. This picture is good for agility because in football it takes alot of it, you have to be able to move your body in other directions really fast and you have to do that in football to be able to get away from your defenders.

The man below is showing balance because he walking on a string without falling. This takes a lot of skill because he has to walk in a completely straight line. he has the pole to make sure his balance is correct, he needs both sides to way exactly the same to keep it balanced.

In the picture below is a man running at a high speed this takes power. When you run a 40 yard dash or when your running down the field for a touchdown. When your running or lifting weights, you are working really hard and using explosive power.

Reaction Time

Below is a picture of track runners starting off. The reason I have this picture is because when your in a race and you hear that bang or the start sound you need to have fast reaction time to have good acceleration.

In the picture below is Track star Usain Bolt. He is the fastest runner in the world. Speed takes a lot of skill, effort, force, and energy. Usain beat the fastest record and he is the fastest man alive which is called speed.
