Talent Ed - Goal Setting Due November 1st
United Way
The United Way Giving Campaign will begin on Monday, October 23rd!
A huge shout-out to the CFES Faculty and Staff as you surpassed your employee goal last year. The Faculty and Staff goal for this year will be $2500.00.
Patti Porter will distribute and collect all employee pledge forms. They will be in your mailbox last Friday afternoon. Please fill them out and turn them in to her box once complete. They are all due by Friday, October 27th. Grade level chairs will receive additional literature which tells more about United Way Charities. The Educational Foundation and a few other organizations receive a large percentage of each donation and this is annotated in the charities guide. Any amount is such a great help and will guide us on school goal of $2500.00
See Patti Porter if you have any questions!
Shout Outs!
Thank you to Mr. Doss for making the morning announcements so much
fun to watch for the kids and teachers alike. It really starts the morning off right. Also,
thank you for all the tutorials he sends out on new programs and help with technical glitches.
Thank you so very much to the CFES staff for all of the cards, talks, flowers, and hugs. Starting a new school and losing my Dad at the same time has been tough, but this staff has shown me kindness that I have been amazed by. Even though we have only known one another for a short time, you have made me feel like family and I will forever be grateful for that. Thank you so much to everyone for your kindness. - Jackie Cochran
Danielle, Marissa, and Al, you all outdid yourselves in promoting the United Way Coin Wars! Can't wait to get slimed! -Teri and Patti
Leave
If a staff member needs to slip out a little early or leave in the middle of the day, we will try to work with you and get internal coverage. If the leave if less than 30 minutes, we may be able to work some flex time; however, if the leave is greater than 30 minutes, you will be required to submit a leave request. Remember, leave requests start with an hour and then can go in half hour increments. Thank you for your understanding while we work through being more consistent while following school board policies for leave.
