We are selling RU OK cupcakes for a dollar each and RU OK biscuits for 50 cents each to raise money for this cause

The Day
We are going to be selling all sorts of things and for lunch we will be having a suasage sizzel and you can get a free balloon or sticker. Add something orange to your uniform like a scarf, a ribbon, a Bracelett or event orange earings. The Activitys are: Who can eat the most cupcakes in a minute, free Lazertag,
Just a simple converstaion changes some ones life
it will make them feel good and make people realise WE ALL CARE.
If they are Ok Still say it
They might not be ok, and just say they are cause they dont want anyone to know so say it to everyone because we all have those down days.
A story to inform
R U OK? at School Champion Tim Pocock was overseas when he learnt that a friend took her own life. He explains that even when someone seems bubbly and happy, its still important to ask the question.

It is dedicated to encouraging and enabling all people to regularly and meaningfully ask ‘are you ok?’ of anyone struggling with life.We were founded by Gavin Larkin and Janina Nearn in 2009. Gavin wanted to create a world without suicide after experiencing the suicide death of his father, Barry Larkin.
