Dear Parents and Guardians,

In this newsletter you will find important information about in-person learning, at-home learning, and the remote learning program. Also included are links to family support resources that are available to everyone.

Unfortunately, we are not able to have an Open House. Instead, we are currently planning a Virtual Open House. Our Virtual Open House will be shared with you through email, the Gomez Heritage website, and Facebook. We hope to have everything completed by mid October.

Student-Led Conferences will also be held online. We will share information regarding signing up for a conference time in the near future.

Reminder: Family members will NOT be allowed to enter the building until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Let us know if there is anything we can do to help support you.

Sincerely,

Gomez Heritage Staff

Grab & Go Breakfast (K-4th grade)

A big change when students return to school is the addition of Grab and Go Breakfast. This program allows students to select a hot or cold breakfast and take it to their classroom. While eating, students work individually on classroom activities.

  • Arrival: Students will choose a line to wait in based on the breakfast they want to eat (hot breakfast or cold breakfast). To help keep social distancing, students will stand on a "paw."

  • Students who plan on eating a cold breakfast (or are not eating) will enter the building through the front doors.

  • Students who plan on eating a hot breakfast will enter through the "Kids Club" door.

  • The doors will open for breakfast at 8:35.

  • Reminder: Family members will NOT be allowed to enter the building until further notice.
