Career Day 2015
Career Day 2015 was a phenomenal success. Our young men were privileged to hear from Professional Men and Women from a variety of backgrounds. The day was filled with excited individuals willing to share their journeys through adversity and success. Thank you Ms. Johnson, Mrs. Williams and Ms. Ortiz for a great day of learning.
Celebrating Veterans and Congresswoman Johnson
On Saturday, several of our brothers had the opportunity to serve and thank veterans from our surrounding community and Congresswoman Johnson. From greeting, hosting and serving the women and men who bravely protected our country. As the organizer of the event and a great friend to BOMLA, we wanted to support Congresswoman Johnson's effort to recognize leaders from our city.
Middle School Debate
On Saturday, Mr. Edison lead our Middle School brothers to several competitive matches at Townview. Listening to the brothers after their matches allowed me to hear the confidence, hope and determination to improve their debate skills. Thank you Mr. Edison for all that you do for our young men.
