MPES Connection
December 18, 2020
Our MPES team would like to wish you a wonderful holiday and winter break!
May the new year bring us all happiness and good health.
We look forward to seeing everyone in 2021!
Other Important Notes:
- There will be no school for students and teachers from Monday, December 21 through Friday, January 1 for winter break. Our regular remote learning schedule will resume on Monday, January 4. Monday, January 4, will follow our asynchronous Monday schedule with class meetings at 8:30 a.m. followed by independent assignments to complete.
Don't forget to send pictures of our students learning at home! I love seeing and sharing them in my weekly newsletters (see below). Snap a picture and send it to me at stacey.mamon@mpark.net.

Learning in Action
Counselor Corner
Throughout this time of uncertainty, it can be hard to create a routine and/or schedule. Below are some daily questions that you and your family can ask to keep continuing to take care of yourself, stay connected, and deal with unwanted feelings (ie: sadness and anxiety).
If you have any concerns about your student, please reach out to our school counselors, Ms. Rose (patricia.rose@mpark.net) and Ms. Rupert (makenzie.rupert@mpark.net). You can also fill out this Parent/Caregiver Referral to School Counselor form about your concerns.
