Mustang Monday Message
Mustang Family,
I hope you had a wonderful weekend! With two weeks to go, we are looking forward to several fun activities that we hope will be a fun way for our students to close out the year.
If you have any information that you would like to share about your child that would be helpful in placing them in a class for next yer, please complete the form attached below BEFORE May 28th. See detailed information below.
If you know for certain that your student will not be returning to Meadow Brook in the fall, please let the office know as soon as possible. This will help us as we balance classes for next year. If you have not registered your students for next school year, please do so as soon as possible. Our school is growing and so the sooner we know our enrollment numbers, the better teachers we will be able to hire if needed. Registration instructions are below.
As you have probably heard, Governor Cox announced that beginning on Monday, May 24, face masks will not be required for students or staff members in Nebo School District schools. We expect this to be the protocol for this coming fall as well. We would also encourage you to help students be respectful of others who may continue to feel safer by wearing a mask.
Let's finish strong! Thank you all for your incredible support! Best,
Principal Balli
2021-2022 Class Placement Information
Class placement is a difficult task and one that I take very seriously. As this year ends, teachers will be meeting together and dividing up the students in their classes for next year. The teachers do not assign teachers to these class lists but focus on balancing the classes (according to range of student ability, behaviors, gender, and the number of students) for the next grade level. Teacher input will be one of the greatest factors in placing students. After teachers submit these lists, I will assign teachers to classes.
If you have any information that you would like to share that would be helpful in placing them in a class, please complete this form BEFORE May 28th and I will match your child with the teacher that can best meet his/her need(s). I prefer that this form does not contain a desired teacher’s name; if you feel an absolute need to put down a teacher’s name, please include 2 EQUAL choices of teachers that you feel your child would be successful working with and I will do my best to accommodate. Teachers on each grade level spend a great deal of time working together to best meet the needs of each student. Because of the strong teams of teachers at Meadow Brook, I am confident that your kids will be in good hands next year.
I will accept this form up until the last day of school. If there are any questions regarding student placement don’t hesitate to call or email me.
Mensaje del lunes de Mustang
Familia Mustang,
