*Registration must be made at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled date. You must register 3 weeks prior to the class date if you need a textbook & exam in another language.


Fee: $125.00 per person

Includes: Two full days of instruction (2nd day is January 21st) , textbook, and certification exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation ServSafe Certificate.


Who should attend: Managers, Cooks, Chefs, Wait staff, Supervisors, Owners, and all Food Handlers.


Why you should attend: According to the National Restaurant Association, an outbreak of foodborne illness can cost your operation over $75,000 in legal fees, medical claims, lost wages, and sanitizing costs. These costs can be avoided by enrolling your staff in the ServSafe certification program.
