Dear Parents and Students,

Summer School/Retention

Students will be required to attend summer school if:

  • they fail ELA OR Math
  • they fail two or more classes
  • they miss 11 or more days


Students will be retained (have to repeat the same grade) if:

  • they are required to attend summer school but do not successfully complete it
  • they fail 3 or more classes

Academics

Grading Reports

  • 3rd interims will be available on February 20th.


Digital Content Requirements
  • Quindew - Complete 2 quests per week with 75% or higher.
  • iReady - Complete 2 lessons per week with 75% or higher and at least 45 minutes of time on task


Tutoring Dates for February

  • Afterschool: 1, 7, 8, 15, 22, 28 (Bus transportation available)
  • Morning - 7:20 - 8:00 - February 7, 14, 28 (Algebra 1 & Math 7 H)

Stay up to date on Grades
  • Check PowerSchool regularly
  • Check Google Classroom for missing work
  • Contact teachers with specific questions
  • Contact Ms. Robin at rbaczkowksi@horrycountyschools.net for PowerSchool log in help
