BHS Homecoming 2018

Holiday greetings from the Barrington High School Alumni Association! We had a busy fall as alumni converged on the old hometown for the 2018 Homecoming on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018. The theme was "Outer Space Homecoming: Let's Rock-et!"

There were nine class reunions all together and everyone had a great time! The Class of 1968, which celebrated its 50th Reunion, led the annual homecoming parade down Main Street. Class of 1969, you're up next!

The BHSAA also sponsored the annual Alumni and Friends Tailgate Party in the Chessie’s parking lot. The turn-out was terrific under sunny skies. Alumni enjoyed good food, drinks and live music. Art Nicholas (Class of '81), organized a Bags Tournament, which may become a tradition.

Starting in 2019, BHSAA is pleased to announce a new tradition, Sunday Brunch. It will be open to all alumni at Chessie’s from 10:00-noon. This will be a fitting end to the weekend, which always begins with the Annual Quarterback Club Pancake Breakfast in the BHS Cafeteria. Reservations are appreciated.

2018 Alumni Legends: Prescription for Success

The 2018 Homecoming festivities got off to a great start with the annual Alumni Legends program, held on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018 at BHS. Organized by the Barrington 220 Educational Foundation and the BHSAA, "Prescription for Success" began with an open house in the new Health Sciences Lab at BHS, followed by a panel discussion featuring BHS alumni in the healthcare field.
