Picture Day Ordering Information
Picture Day is Monday, 9/13! Please read the information below from Color Portraits.
This is a prepay site and ordering will be closed at 8:00 am the day after Picture Day, 9/14, to process the orders. School Event Code: 10046401
If you miss prepaying you will have a chance to order pictures with your child's Ticket Code. Ticket Codes will be delivered to Bell-Graham with the bulk picture package order approximately three weeks post Picture Day. The ticket codes will be sent home with students when they arrive. When placing an order after Picture Day with a Ticket Code a shipping fee will be added on and picture packages will be shipped directly to the home.

Meet the Teacher/Open House 9/15
Bell-Graham will host their 2021 Open House on Wednesday, September 15. This is a PARENTS ONLY EVENT. You will receive an email with additional information tomorrow!
While in school, we ask that you follow the same mitigation our staff and students do on a daily basis.
· Masks must be worn in the building
· Remain 3 feet apart whenever possible
· If you are sick, stay home

EMPOWER
We have already had 4 students at BG complete Maker's Challenges for EMPOWER! These students went above and beyond with their imagination, creativity, and drive to innovate. Forms needed for the school year:
K: Up to date Physical, Immunizations, Dental and Vision s well as a Health survey
2nd: Dental (due by May)
3rd: Updated Health survey New students to Illinois: Physical and Immunization, Dental and Vision on Illinois forms.
All forms can be found at the district website in the health services tab.
Remember to pack extra masks for your students in case the misplace theirs or they get dirty. If you do not want your child to wear school issued clothes in the event their clothes get soiled please send a spare in your child's backpack.
Please call the Health Office any time 8-3 if you have any questions or concerns this school year. If you have any Covid-19 related questions please call the health office at 331-228-2104 or refer to the district website.

Fall Fest
Fall Fest is back on for BG families in 2021! Save the date for Friday October 22, at Windy Acres Farm! There'll be lots of new exciting attractions and some of the traditional Bell Graham fun for all! More details coming soon!

Head Room Parent
Hello Bell Graham Families,
Are you looking for an opportunity to become more involved in the BG community? We are looking for a head room parent volunteer from each classroom to act as a liaison between the teacher and other classroom parents. While this position may look a bit different than it has in previous years, it is still an important role that provides support to our teachers. Responsibilities may include:
- Helping organize class parties (no volunteers able to attend parties due to covid restrictions)
- Helping organize virtual volunteer opportunities
- Supporting PTO events and needs, including school spirit and teacher appreciation week
- Organizing class gifts for teacher

The deadline to complete this form is Wednesday, September 15th. If multiple volunteers are submitted for a classroom, the names will be put in a hat and a volunteer will be randomly chosen.
