Recent Attendance Trends at ACE
We want to thank our preschool and 4th grade families for leading the way in having your kids at school each and every day! When kids are here, they are learning. When they are not here, learning is negatively impacted.

Autumn Ridge Band
Hello Future Band Family!
We are SO excited to finally have an opportunity to sit down and meet our future band members. This E-mail is to give you some basic, introductory information about band, as well as to allow your child to go ahead and begin the instrument selection process.
Choosing an instrument is the most important moment in your child's musical journey, and we take it very seriously (because we want to make sure we get it 100% right!). We have created an online process to begin this journey, which will save you a lot of time during the "Test Drive" process.
If your child has not signed up for band yet, and they are interested, that is great news! We would love for them to join us. Simply follow the steps below and we will make sure to help you with their schedule change. If they are already signed up for band we look forward to meeting you soon!
To begin the process, please follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the instrument selection form Plan so set aside about an hour with your child. A portion of this survey will require taking close up pictures of their face. Your child will need to complete the listening game by themselves.
2. If you are attending West Lake MS, make an appointment with the band directors using this link. If all of the time slots are full, e-mail me and I will set up additional time slots. Please do not sign up for a time slot until the instrument selection form from step 1 has been completed.
If you are joining band at Autumn Ridge, a follow-up e-mail will be sent to all students to set up appointments. Please make sure you fill out the instrument selection form and we will get back to you soon!
3. For West Lake, mark your calendar
(Autumn Ridge dates coming soon)
- 4/12 6:00 PM Beginner Band Parent Information Meeting: Zoom Link
- 5/12 4:30 - 7:30 PM Band Instrument Drive with Swicegood Music Co.
We could not be more thrilled to embark on this journey with you. You will have LOTS of questions along the way...and that is ok! Please feel free to e-mail us any time.
