Introduction
Krypton is found in the noble gases area on the periodic table. It is colorless, odorless, and tasteless and is found in the atmosphere. Krypton can be used for photographic flashes, some fluorescent light bulbs, and can be combined with other gases to make luminous signs that glow. A common compound it is found in is krypton difluoride. Krypton only reacts with halogens by creating difluoride krypton. There are 33 known krypton isotopes.
