Meals
All students can still eat free through the remainder of the school year! Each student will be offered a breakfast and lunch when they leave their session. These grab and go meals are packaged so that students can easily take them on the way out no matter what their method of transportation is.
You can also pick up a free weekly meal kit that contains 5 breakfast and 5 lunches. Please check in with Logan (logan.kirk@wvsd.org) or fill out this request form to get started.
Food Deliveries Announcement from Logan
Due to students coming back on campus in person, I will no longer be able to make personal deliveries. We are asking that any students/families that need food, clothing, and/or hygiene assistance come into the school to pick up these resources.
Students will have access to daily grab & go breakfast/lunch bags each day they are on campus in addition to weekly school meal kits (Mon/Tues) and family meal kits (Thurs/Fri) and can be requested here
All Spokane area public schools offer free lunches to anyone age 0-18+ (if enrolled in a k-12 school) at their distribution sites. If it's easier for you to access meals from your neighborhood school, that is an option. If you need extra food assistance or are unable to make it into the school, please let me know so I can help find a solution or get you connected to community resources or state benefits such as housing assistance, food stamps, etc.
If you have any questions please email me at logan.kirk@wvsd.org
