New Procedures for Late Arrival and Early Dismissals
Teachers will be at the designated student doors from 8:00 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. All designated student doors will be locked at 8:10 a.m.
The Main Entrance door will be locked at 8:15 a.m.
If your child(ren) will be arriving late, do not go to your designated door as staff will not be available to let them in once they've gone into their classrooms with the other students. Please drop your child(ren) off at the main entrance doors. You can either call the office for entry or ring the doorbell that is located on the wall to the left of the main doors.
If for any reason you need to pick up your child from school during regular school hours, you must remain in your vehicle, call the school office to let us know you've arrived to pick up your child(ren). You will no longer be required to sign your child (ren) in or out as was the previous practice.
As a friendly reminder, to limit potential exposure to COVID-19 and traceability only students and staff are permitted in our school until further notice.
We appreciated your patience and understanding.

Attendance Reporting Procedures
Please refrain from emailing your child's teacher if your student is going to be away or late. Teacher's do not have access to all possible attendance codes, may not have time to check their emails and/or may be away themselves, therefore the office does not receive your message.
The majority of the bus passes were handed out to your home room teachers this week, however we were short passes and are waiting for more to arrive from Transportation Department. You student should receive one this week if they are eligible for bussing.
If you have any questions with regards to any busing concerns you have, please call them directly at 780-449-6480.
Our focus this week is on forgiveness. Jesus expects his followers to forgive others, because he first gave us mercy. God grants us mercy no matter what we do, but out of gratitude to Him we want to live lives that offer forgiveness to those around us. The parable of the Unmerciful Servant from Matthew 18:21-35 reminds us that God is a master of justice, but His mercy outweighs that every time. He loves us and will wipe away our sins, no matter what.
