Cheer tryouts for Next year
The time has come!
Tryouts for the 2021-2022 season will be held Monday May 24th and Tuesday May 25th from 3pm to 5pm. Wednesday May 26th will be from 2:45 pm to 4 pm (set times will be given at practice on Tuesday). All three tryout days are MANDATORY. If there are any conflicts please notify coach Kylie as soon as possible. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time to be ready to go. Try outs will be held in the gymnasium at the high school. Please come to practice ready with your hair fully up and no jewelry. Make sure to bring a water and you must wear your mask the entirety of the tryouts. Please wear black white or grey shirts with solid color shorts. All athletes must be wearing sneakers. You can enter through the big parking lot doors to be screened before entering. The first two days of tryouts will consist of learning material and observation of stunting as well as jumps. Wednesday will be the main tryout day. The upcoming season will consist of one squad that will be expected to cheer on the track as well as for competitions. The squad will consist of 15-18 athletes. Interboro School District PreK Counts Program
Interboro SD is now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year for the District’s FREE FULL DAY PREK. Interboro’s PreK program features PA certified teachers; high quality materials and developmentally appropriate curriculum; an outside play area; music, physical education, and other special classes; and provided lunch and snacks.
Interboro’s PreK program is funded through the Pennsylvania PreK Counts Grant. To be eligible for Interboro’s PreK program:
- The child must reside in the Interboro School District (proof of residency is required at the time of the scheduled application appointment).
- The child must be 4 by September 1, 2021 (child must have been born between 9/2/2016 and 9/1/2017).
- The family must meet income guidelines. To be eligible for consideration for a slot in Interboro’s PreK Counts program, the child’s family income must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty level. To determine if your family is eligible, consider the size of the child’s household and all sources of income. Additional guidance can be found on page 3 of this attachment.

Please go to our district website and log into the HAC and make your phone numbers and email addresses are correct. If you need to update your physical address, that must be done through the registration office at the Administration Building.
