The red on the flag represents the bravery of the Bolivian soildier. The green symbolizes the fertility of the land. The yellow represents the country's mineral resources.

Bolivia has a presidential representative democratic republic. Their president is Evo Morales. Similar to the US voting system Bolivias government includes citizens voices in government decisions.
