World Trade Center: Reborn
The new World Trade Center is 1,776 feet tall, which represents the year of independence. There are two observation decks that have to do with the Twin Towers. The top observation deck is located at 1,368 feet, which is the height of the old World Trade Center 1. The next observation deck is located at 1,362 feet, which is the height of the old World Trade Center 2.
The new World Trade Center cost $3.6 billion to build, that's $1,200 per square foot. While workers worked at their fasted, they could build one full business floor per week. There is 2.6 million square feet of floor space. There is a 408 foot antenna at the tall of the new World Trade Center that will rotate. The entire world trade center takes up 16 acres of land.
There is a total of 104 floors. Floors 1-19 are the base of the new World Trade Center. Floors 89-99 and 103-104 are used for mechanics. Floors 20-63 and 65-88 are business floors. Floor 64 is a sky lobby, and floors 100-102 are public space.
