Have you ever tried to help people and others thought that you where wrong for doing that? Well that is what Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi did, but there wass one flaw, Gandhi got put in jail along with a pretty good bit of his suporters
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was born on October 2, 1869 in porbandar. Gandhi practiced Hinduism. Like most Hinduism people Gandhi was a vegetarian. In Gandhi's eyes hurting living animals was cruel, Not just cruel but sad . While Gandhi was alive satyagraha (the use of non_vilonce protest) was promoted amongst most people . Mohandas Karamchand Ghandi soon became face of indias independence movment.
When Gandhi was in his mid 20's he accepted a job in Natal, South Africa as a barrister. Gandhi got his first taste of discrimination in South Africa. Gandhi's tatics landed him in jail along with a large population of his supporters. a few years passed by and then Gandhi moved from South Africa to Britan. The British sighned a treaty to give Indians more rights and bigger wages .
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi died in January 30,1948. Gandhi was a man who did great things in his life, and he also was a fighter even after his last breath. Gandhi was a man of his word. Anything he said he would try his best to succeed . That is why we should all remember him and keep him in our hearts as a strong and spirits.
