Day 1: Battle of Natural Bridge Tour
Adventure to March 6, 1865 of the Civil War, a Union flotilla landed at Apalachee Bay planning to capture Fort Ward and march north to the state capital. With a timely warning Confederate Soldiers met the Union forces at Natural Bridge and successfully repelled three major attacks. The Union troops were forced to retreat to the coast. You will take a tour of the history of the battle.
Day 2: Flagler Museum
Henry Flagler built the Whitehall for his third wife, Mary Lily Kenan.
The site of the home was purchased for $50,000 in 1893. (as of 2010 that would be $1,197,562.39)
The Whitehall was finished in 1902.
Day 3: Dine at the Colombia Restaurant
Dine at the Colombia Restaurant which is Florida's Oldest Restaurant. Founded in 1905 by Cuban Immigrant Casmiro Hernandez
Day 4: Spend the Day at the Beach
Delray Beach has sandy beaches to enjoy the scenery and take in the fresh air.
You can search for seashells, feed the seagulls, and build sandcastles and if you get hungry you can go to BurgerFi across the street.
Day 5: Spend the day at Morikami Park
Go to the Japanese gardens and Visit the Museum. There's so much to do at the Morikami Park!
