Important Information & Updates From Seattle World School
Hello From SWS! | December 12th, 2022
With only 5 days this week until Winter Break, Seattle World School is busy with learning and fun. This Friday, there is a 1-hour early release at 2:40 PM, and school transportation will be provided as usual.
Be aware of colder temperatures in the forecast this week which could mean snow and ice, so please make sure to read the Winter weather information below.
We also wanted to thank all the families and students who made it to last week's FEAT community meeting on school safety. It was great sharing time to go over what we do to keep SWS safe and hear how we can work together to make our school safer.
We wish students and our school community a healthy and safe break: See You in the New Year: Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023!
Important Reminders

Winter Weather Info:
It's December, and with it has come ice and snow, so please take some time to review the information on Winter Weather (click here) to find out if the school will have schedule changes due to weather.
If changes to school schedules happen, families will be notified at approximately 5 a.m. on the morning of a weather event through phone voice messages, emails, and text messages. Updates will also be shared with local media stations, on social media, and on the district and school websites.
