Instructional Support & Coaching Through Texas Lesson Study

A note from Heather

I have been blessed with an opportunity to work for my Alma Mater, Texas Tech University. I will be leaving ESC 17 to head over to the College of Engineering at TTU starting in June. I will be managing the STEM outreach program. As most of you know, STEM is my passion!

I have enjoyed my time with Region 17 Education Service Center and have learned so much from the teachers and administrators I have been blessed to work with over the years. Thank you for the lessons you have taught me and the experiences we have shared together. Please keep in touch my personal email is heathersherrill12@yahoo.com and my cell is 806-773-4967.

With gratitude,

Heather Sherrill

TXLS Facilitator Course is Now Live

TEA via the Texas Gateway has created a Facilitator Training course for any educator to take and receive 8 hours of CPE credit. This course is a wonderful resource for educators to get their feet wet in the lesson study waters and learn to facilitate Lesson Study. This course is a great supplement to in-person Facilitator Trainer of Trainers (TOT) courses being offered through the ESCs across the state. Go to texascourses.org to sign up for the course
