||Godly Meeting|| ||:Athena:||

Foreigners, welcome to Athens! Here you can learn a lot more about our religion and our goddess and protector of Athens, Athena. Athena is Zeus daughter, but her mother is yet to be found. Athens was named after Athena, because she won the duel with her uncle Poseidon.(Before that Athens was called the City With No-Name). Athena’s sacred bird is an owl, so when you see an owl in the sky, it might be Athena watching over you. Her holy plant is the olive tree.You may think it’s Zeus, but Athena was the one who created it. Athena is known for being the goddess of wisdom. She invented the bridle, which allowed mankind to tame horses, the trumpet, the flute, the pot, the rake, the plow, the yoke, the ship, and the chariot.She is one of the three greek virgin goddess(other two were Artemis and Hestia). Fun Fact: She never actually play the flute or trumpet. So we thank you for coming to Athens, city of great minds, and hope you enjoy your visit!
