Her goal is to teach people how to maintain sacredness in their lives by consistently embodying a sense of "wholeness", ie, by exploring their relationship with their mind, body and spirit, from a place of equanimity and self-acceptance.
As a Yoga therapist an international group facilitator for more than a decade, Helaine embraces yoga as the key to bridging people together in truth and integrity. Her classes are an invitation to explore and discover the essence of health and well-being in a creative, playful and safe environment.
