Scheduling Meeting - January 27th
Monday, January 27th at 6:00 pm, the high school counselors are hosting a scheduling meeting for parents and students in the PAC. They will provide information to parents regarding students' schedules for next year. Below is a letter from the counselors with more information regarding the meeting.
CTE Spotlight - Principles of Applied Engineering
Mrs. Mallory teaches Principles of Applied Engineering, which engages students in authentic engineering practices and inspires them to embrace an engineer’s habits of mind. Collaborative, student-directed projects build resilient problem-solving skills and empower students to think like engineers, to adopt engineering processes, and to pursue engineering disciplines for the betterment of our world.
Lubbock-Cooper Ag Students Place 7th at State Competition
Congratulations to LCHS FFA Students Seth Satterwhite, Mitchell Hudgens, Jacob Sauder, Colby Acebedo, Ana Thurber, Kate Sauder, and Faith Snapp for taking 7th place in Ag Issues out of 145 teams in the state!
Class of 2020 Hosts Father-Daughter Dance - Feb. 1
The LCHS Class of 2020 is hosting a Father-Daughter dance for all ages at LBMS, February 1, at 7:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door. All proceeds benefit Project Graduation.
