time on learning
The numbers for time on learning don't exactly work, you will have to shave some time off of some of your blocks. This is not going to be an exact science. I know you will have questions. Please take a breath and come find Kathie or Michele. We will be happy to help with scheduling your program of work

Please be aware of your students' general dismissal procedures
Due to the later dismissal time, it is imperative that students do not miss busses. Please do not leave it to the students to listen independently for buses to be called, even at the upper grades.

COMMUNITY MEETING
furniture
"Every year the School Department requests funding for furniture and equipment from the City’s Capital Budget. The School Department submits its Capital Budget to the City in late September and once submitted to the City, it is difficult to change it. While doing projections of need is always challenging, it is vital that our budget submissions include as much as we know about the need for furniture, equipment and renovations. In order to receive replacement of existing furniture, you must include a photograph showing the damage of the unsafe furniture or give an explanation as to why it must be replaced. Any future furniture request and must be made known prior to September 30th."
