Don't forget we are providing lunch for you on Tuesday. We will have lasagna, fettuccine and salad from Gio's.

Please keep a log of your parent conferences for the day including any phone calls you make. You can turn it into my box at the end of the day.

I have not received Watch DOGS names for next week. I will email those out.

Thankful November

November is a time to reflect on all we have to be thankful for and to show gratitude towards others. I hope you will read the below article and try some of the suggestions in it. We will be having several activities to help us practice gratitude with each other!

Core Value focus- Trustworthiness

Character Strong Traits- Honesty and Courage

*Upper grades might use the George Springer video below for a morning meeting on courage.

Morning Mood

Choose a person or group of people you will check in honestly with each day this week. It could be a friend, a co-worker, or your class! Before you get into the madness of the day, take a moment to share where you are at emotionally and physically with this person and let them know you just need someone to receive you this week.

It could be as simple as how you’re doing on a scale of 1-10 (and why if you choose!) or you could share a minute or two in front of the class about how your morning started and what is going on in your life that is making today wonderful or weird or wildly challenging
