Noun/Verb Phrase

Expectations:
Today I will be sharing with you knowledge and understanding of noun/verb phrases. I will be defining noun/verb phrases in my own words.
Noun Phrases:
A noun phrase is the person performing the action in a group of words. Pronouns can be counted as nouns. (Usually starts in the beginning of a sentence.)
Examples: (Underlined- Noun Phrase)
- My brother plays baseball.
- I play soccer.
- My dog barks loud!
Verb Phrase:
A verb phrase Is the action being done. (Jumping, running, etc.)
Examples: (Bold- Verb Phrase)
- My brother plays baseball.
- I play soccer.
- My dog barks loud!
