Luckily these diseases are all testable and can be cured in early stages. As a matter of fact, 100% of people who discover they have stage 1 breast cancer live after treatment and 93% of discoveries at stage 2 survive. Also for women with cervix cancer, if you don't discover early enough, treatment will disable your ability to have children.
When should I start testing?
- For Breast cancer at about age forty, once a year
- Prostate cancer also age forty
- For cervix cancer testing should start as early as 21.
