Main Street Festival
We have a great opportunity for you to get involved right away AND earn money to help with the costs of band.
Colleyville Heritage Band Booster Club is responsible for staffing the South main entry gate for Main Street Fest in Grapevine on Friday, May 20 - Sunday, May 22.
The city of Grapevine pays $12 per hour directly into your student’s band CHARMS account for each hour worked on behalf of your student.
The city of Grapevine has provided this great opportunity to our band to earn money towards student accounts while helping our community. We would like to extend this fantastic opportunity to our families.
We need smiling faces to greet patrons, scan tickets, put “Lost” stickers on children, and bid farewell to festival goers. The shifts can be filled by family members or friends working on behalf of your student. There are both adult and student shifts
You can use the link below and enter the appropriate password to view the time slots.
Please know that the city of Grapevine is taking the following precautions to promote the health and safety of all involved.
1. Gloves will be provided to those that need them
2. Masks are optional and may be worn. You will need to supply your own.
3. We are going cashless! That means online purchase of admission tickets and food coupons. Scanners will be provided at the gates to scan admission tickets.
4. There will be stations for hand sanitizing and hand washing.
