Notes from Gina
Dear Peirremont Families,
This week our 5th-grade students finished up their MAP testing. We are proud of their hard work!
We are excited to see our students from Virtual Campus during a drive-through Send-off Celebration and virtual supply return next week. The event will be held on Wednesday, May 26, from 3-4 pm.
On another note, you may have received a letter from the Parkway Fine Arts Department announcing that next year's 4th-grade students will ALL learn how to play the violin at school. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the third-grade program was suspended this year. So, we are delighted our kids won't miss out on this experience. You can read the letter here for details.
Have a great weekend!
Gina

Create The Game
Build your game on the website, giving it a name, picture and description to mark it as yours. Set how long the game will run and whether there’s a password to join.
Choose Missions
Each GooseChase game has a list of missions for participants to complete. You can create your mission list using the bank of 100+ tested missions or by designing your own from scratch.
Missions have a name, description, point value and an optional link or photo to provide extra information. For text & gps missions, the answer and target destination must also be provided.
Chromebook and Supply Return For Virtual Students
Attention virtual families:
- Supply Return and Summer Send-off: We need your help to return learning materials to Pierremont. We are hosting a Supply Return and Summer Send-off on Wednesday, May 26 from 3:00-4:00 PM. Please return all learning materials (except Chromebooks and chargers) that belong to Pierremont including books, math manipulatives, whiteboards, etc. This will be a curbside drop-off at Door 1 in the front of the school. Please use the bus lane. We hope to see you on Wednesday, May 26th from 3:00-4:00 PM to congratulate you on a successful, virtual year!
- Chromebook Return for Students in Grades K-4: Chromebook, Chromebook charger, and Chromebook case returns will take place on Thursday, June 3rd from 1:30-2:00 PM with staff available for drive-through return. We will also be accepting Chromebooks and other supplies in the front office at any time through 3:00 PM on Friday, June 4th. If your family borrowed a hotspot, please return that as well. Please return all electronic equipment in a bag labeled with your child's name. If you are unable to attend the Supply Return and Summer Send-off, please contact your child's teacher or the front office to make other arrangements.
- Students in Grade 5 will keep their Chromebooks over the summer to take to their middle school.
- Students in Grades K-5 Attending Virtual Summer School will keep their device through the end of Summer School.
