Do you need access to the Internet and/or a computer?

Here are some options for you to check out:

Comcast/Xfinity Internet Essentials - Comcast is offering free internet to low income families that don't have internet. Anyone close enough to an xfinity hotspot can login for free during this crisis. There is a map on the website and it looks like West Hartford has reasonable coverage and Hartford has excellent coverage.

Cox Connect2Compete - $9.95 per month, free wifi modem, free installation, no deposits. Only available in parts of West Hartford. Check website for details.

Frontier Lifeline Program - offers discounts on plans according to need and plan selected.

Everyone On - a non-profit organization that provides free or low-cost internet services and computers to low-income families in 48 states and the District of Columbia.

Kaplan Computers (Manchester) - specializes in low cost, high quality new and refurbished computers and related equipment.

Most work for school can be completed with a chromebook - these internet-based computers can be found at Best Buy, Staples or other electronics store for $150 or will need internet access to use these.
