READING LOGS
Please encourage your child to be reading for AR at home to fulfill their reading log requirements. I would like students to be reading 30 minutes/night for 5 nights/week. So total 150 minutes due every Monday morning. Minutes read on the weekends count, too! The next reading log is due Monday, November 20th (150 minutes). If students make their midterm AR goal by the 21st, there will NOT be a reading log due for those students over Thanksgiving break. For those students who have NOT made their midterm goal, they will need to read over break to get caught up. I am sending home AR goal progress sheets today with this newsletter for you to review with your child.
