Negative:floods destroy drainage systems in large and small cities which then causes sewage to flow into the bodies of water and pollute the environment, killing fish and other sea and water animals.Floods can kill people by spreading diseases and make thousands homeless. This causes children to not be able to go to school.
Positive: floods help spread sediment containing beneficial nutrients to topsoil that might have never arrived their if the didn't happen.
