Staffing update
We are delighted that Mr Richardson has returned to work this week after being poorly. Thank you to all parents who have been understanding during this unsettled period.
We are sad to inform you that Mrs Sharon Pepper our School Business Manager is leaving us in a couple of weeks. We wish her every success in her exciting new venture. Mrs Pepper will be replaced by Mrs Tessa Rich, who currently works in a similar role at Holy Trinity Infants School, Ripon.

Summer Fayre- "Beside the Seaside"
One week to go ..........
The Mayor has kindly agreed to open our Fayre at 12 noon and we would like it to begin with all our Nursery and Reception children in a fancy dress parade with a seaside or beach theme. There will be a prize for the best outfit so dig out all those Summer clothes and fingers crossed the weather holds!
We are still looking for help to organise the fayre as follows:
Preparations - a group of parents will meet on Wednesday morning at 9am to continue with arrangements. Please join them if you are free.
Event Volunteers - can you help set up on the day and / or run a stall? If so please let Tina or Katy know as soon as possible.
Donations:
Please continue to bring in Teddy bears for the tombola
Good quality tombola prizes and wrapped sweets for game prizes.
Many thanks for your contributions so far.
Cake Stall - to accompany the BBQ there will be an "Afternoon Tea" cake stall. If anyone can donate scones and traditional afternoon tea cakes, please send them into school on Friday 13th May or bring them on the day.
Finally, do you or anyone you know require a stall at the fayre? For £5 we will provide a table top stall to sell craft items, books or anything else. If you are interested please collect a letter from the school office or speak to Tina or Katy.
THANK YOU for all you support to date.
