Message from Mr. Roth
Welcome back Harris Community!
I can't believe that we are starting school on Tuesday July 26th. It was a quick summer for sure and now it is time to get back to work. It was great to welcome back our 1st-6th grade scholars on Friday evening! Equally, we are happy to welcome our Preschool, Kindergarten, and SPICE students on Monday starting at 5pm in the cafeteria. I, along with PTSO will introduce everyone to Harris and all that we have to offer for your family. Beginning at 5:30pm to 6:30pm classrooms will be open and ready to meet your children, this time is a drop in and drop out when convenient for you. Thus, if you miss the 5pm meeting you are still more than welcome to attend for the rest of the evening.
To say that I am proud and pleased to be the Principal at Harris Elementary would be an understatement. I truly believe we are the only school in the District preparing our students for the future as you will not find a more dedicated and caring staff than at Harris. Needless to say we are eagerly awaiting the first days of the school year and I am sure you all are excited to see the first day of school arrive as well.
Let's have a great year and let me know if you have any questions.
-Bill
