Principal's Message
It's hard to believe that we are already starting the 2nd semester. After we get our feet back under us in January, parent/teacher conferences and scheduling for 2022/2023 will take place in February. Please make sure you look for these dates and times as we get closer to next month.
I hope that everyone has a great weekend.

6th & 7th Grade Band Concert on Monday, January 10th.
Hello band families!
Our concert is on Monday, January 10th in the gym! Here are some things you need to know. Due to several factors related to Covid-19, we are going to break up the grade levels for the concert.
* 6th Graders need to report to Grizzell at 6:00 pm and the concert will start at 7:00 pm. Parents, the doors to the gym will open at 6:45 for you to find seating.
* 7th Graders need to report to Grizzell at 7:30 pm and the concert will start at 8:00 pm. Parents, the doors to the gym will open at around 7:50 for you to find seating.
* we are requesting that all staff, students, and visitors wear a mask during school hours and at school events, regardless of vaccination status.
Students should be dressed nicely.
Black pants, khakis, dresses, skirts are great-no jeans and sweatpants!
Button down shirts, blouses, dress shirts are great- no t shirts and no graphic prints!
Dress shoes, solid color vans, converse, boots- no sneakers!
Students should bring music, instruments, folding stand and their best concert etiquette.
Students should leave all unnecessary items with guardians or in band room.
The arrival time for students is no later than 6:00pm for 6th grade, and 7:30pm for 7th grade (this is a change from what students and parents were told). This means students are ready to run pieces right at this time.
6th grade will be done at approximately 7:25 pm and 7th grade will be done at approximately 8:20 pm.
If you have any questions please let me know! My email is paynter_mariah@dublinschools.net
