Kindergarten News
September 11-September 15
Reading at home is very important. We hope you find a little time to read with your child. 5-10 minutes a day can make a huge difference. Reading logs went home yesterday for you to keep track of your reading. I'm sending home 2 free books today to get them started.
Homecoming is next week. Dress up days are optional. Here is the list if you choose to do so.
Monday-pajama day
Tuesday-class color day-our class is purple.
Thursday-Twin Day
Friday-Bulldog Spirit day
We will be attending the pep rally on main street at 2:15. School is dismissed as soon as we get back to the school, so be prepared for early dismissal.
Thank you for sending me such well-mannered, respectful students each day. Each one of them is a delight to work with! It's going to be a great year!
I'm so proud of this class! We mastered patterns AB, AAB, ABB, and ABC in a week! We will revisit them again throughout the year but we are off to a great start!
Making Shapes with Playdough
Magic erase pads were a super cool way to practice our names and letters.
