NAPMat sign ups are also available. The first two weeks are accounted for. Ruben's family is taking them this weekend, and Logan's next weekend. The job is simply to take home and wash the mats we use for nap on a Friday, Wash them (all in one load is fine), and return on Monday. Open dates are:

October 7, 14, 21 and 28
November 4, 11
December 2 and 9
January 13, 20 and 27
IF YOUR CHILD LEAVES PRIOR TO 2:00 ON FRIDAYS, YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO TAKE ON THIS JOB, AS WE ARE NOT FINISHED WITH MATS UNTIL 1:45. I will send reminders in this newsletter each week.
You may have also seen that Davis is holding a Back to School Night next month, Sept. 19-20. PPCD and PK will NOT participate in this event, since we have spoken personally with so many of you, and it's hard for the little ones to stay out late on a school night!! If you have information you need to get from us, please let us know, and we would be happy to set up a conference.
Also, we will not be participating in Monday morning assemblies, since PK comes in late, and most information is for older students. If you drop your child off, he or she will come straight to the classroom every morning.
